September 20, 2025I absolutely love living here at Eagle Pointe Apartment Homes. The staff are always so willing to help and the maintenance team are top notch. If you out in a request, it’s like five minutes later they’re knocking on your door to fix the issue. September 19, 2025It is so peaceful living here at Eaglepointe. And even before we got the unit all the staffs were so kind , helpful ( since we are basically new in the country ) and very accomodating despite of their workload. September 8, 2025Recently had a nightmare with all the rain and flooding under our front door. The staff here were stupendous. They came out at 9 pm in the evening and temporarily fixed the problem. Then at 20 pm a man was here to suction the carpet. Within 2 weeks, we had a new door with a raised threshold, new rain gutters and downspouts and a very concerned staff making sure we were OK. I have never lived anywhere with such excellent maintenance and service. Thank you.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025I love living here! The apartments are nice and well built. I can’t hear my neighbors unless they are outside. Maintenance responds to requests the next day. Parking hasn’t ever been an issue. The only downside is the fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher are very old. But they all work fine and we haven’t had any issues.
