We've lived here for a few months and so far I love it. It's a friendly community with nice staff, newly renovated apts and readily available maintenance. The only thing I'm concerned about is how much and how often our rent will go up. Other than that, if they stay responsibly fair with rent increases, we'd stay here and forget about buying a house. Great experience so far!

The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They care about the residents, including wanting the residents to be happy about where they live. Maintenance is also great. They are quick to respond and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

I really enjoy living at eagle ridge. The staff is incredibly friendly, the environment is peaceful and tucked away from the main road and the units are spacious. They allow you to make the space your own and give you the freedom to renovate as you would like. Maintenance team is very responsive! I had an issue with the fire alarm on a weekend day and my call was returned within minutes and resolved for me within the hour. Everyone is just very kind! I love the nature of the property it’s good ...
for running or walking the dog in a pinch when you can’t get to a trial.
Never had issues that couldn’t be fixed!
I’m very have I landed on eagles ridge :) love the apartment itself, can’t go wrong with a patio, fireplace and laundry all in one apartment!!

awful and terrible place ever seen. I used to rent apartment 2211 with my family. I was a Tenant in Eagle ridge for 2.5 years. when i joined the complex the management was supportive and after the complex ownership was sold to another owner and they change the management they brought the worst team to manage it. I was always disappointed with the management there.Beside that the place is soooo old and windows are leaking air that they refused to change beacuse will cost them lots of money (my ...
kids room was like a fridge in the winter and had to get portable heater for their room), they have a very poor service team and unfortunately they are not honest!!! I let them once enter my place when I was traveling to fix few things and when i came home i didn't find my new IPAD which was frustrating to believe this can ever been done by people you should trust and allow to enter your home. it has been reported to the management but nothing has been done. In 2.5 years i decided to leave ( i could have left earlier but the move with big family is a challenge). After moving out they charged me for many things in the apartment claiming it was in bad condition and one of them is the carpet. they charged me 650 USD and when i called them they said the life time is 5 years i responded i only stayed for 2 years why i have to pay for all the carpet price it is not fair. they said they will check and never come back though we called them million times and they kept it and didnt respond at all they bought time to force us to pay before we have the bill moved to collection . they never returned our calls . I spoke with Oliva and Ian ( Complex manager ) many times and he never responded back and never cared to check things he said he will do.. he is the worst complex Manger and trustful..I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or family or my work mates. after the management changed they are the worst..

Do not waste your time living here. Never anywhere to park. The neighbors are all old and complain over every small noise. If you have kids do not even think about it. They won’t be allowed to play and grow without someone banging on the ceiling. They say the quiet hours are 10pm 7am but if you listen to music during the day while you relax/clean/workout they will complain. It’s full of senior citizens who can’t afford to own a home not a place for young adults in a family environment.

Fantastic place to live. Staff is outstanding, helpful, and friendly. Many residents I have met have been here for quite a few years and have enjoyed their time at Eagle Ridge. I do have a dog and while on our walks he stops and chats with his friends as well :). The facilities are second to none....newly renovated and always clean. I also recommended Eagle Ridge to my parents and my son and his girlfriend... they are now residents . They love the convenience of the location to restaurants, ...

I honestly don't recommend living here. The staff & management fleece you off your deposit. Don't expect to get it back. They'll make you pay for the carpet as well.
Superb Landscaping and Maintenance

This is a very peaceful area that is close to everything. I am always amazed at the gorgeous, carefully designed landscaping. It has the best maintenance crew anywhere and a very friendly staff. The buildings are well kept and up-dated. They also allow dogs. I was an interior designer before I retired, so tend to be very picky.
