November 19, 2025The business office is terrible! They don't answer phones or return calls. They invade your space, that you paying for, without even a 24 hour notice! Communication is the worst!!!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2025The house is beautiful but there is a lot of defects from the previous tenant that were never fixed. There is a 1% chance you get an email back if you decide to email about maintenance or questions. They should offer rent to own options as well.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025As we begin year 3 here, watching our street grow from just a couple occupied houses to a robust community, we still love our home and this neighborhood! The sounds of children playing is music to our ears. That said, this is actually a pretty quiet place to live! October 9, 2025It has been a pleasure, I’ll except where you can’t ever get a hold of nobody so you better know how to fix and take care of everything that you need even if you need to call somebody about a quick question you can’t get a hold of nobody that’s an issue but other than that, the neighborhood is beautiful everybody kinda stay with themselves. August 30, 2025I love our home but there were some minor issues at move in that have not been resolved. The shower in the master has a hole in the wall. I’m afraid to use it because I don’t want water to get in it.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here.
August 15, 2025I would strongly recommend doing your research before renting from the company. These homes were built with below grade construction material, fixtures and paint. Windows, counters, doors, showers and sinks are not sealed. Dealing with the office is like talking to a brick wall, Melissa and Kayla are horrible. I have already had to file a complaint with the BBB and will start using social media and local news organizations because someone needs to start advocating for this community and the ...residents that live here. Oh and they will increase the rent every year because "that's just part of leasing process" per Kayla. Nothing they offer is "luxury" and trust me, it is not worth it. August 11, 2025The home is beautiful but it was not even remotely close to being clean. The floors were absolutely disgusting, there is paint all over the floors and railings of the stairs, a giant hole in the drywall in the garage, the blinds have writing all over them, the keyless deadbolt doesn’t work, two of the fixtures are missing lightbulbs, around the fridge still has old food rotting on the floor, the counter tops had ants and the light switches and cabinets are filthy.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025I started moving in on Mon, June 2nd and everything was already done. Eagle Ridge has made a superb impression so far. My house was immaculately cleaned, all keys were in my kitchen.
