June 4, 2025I started moving in on Mon, June 2nd and everything was already done. Eagle Ridge has made a superb impression so far. My house was immaculately cleaned, all keys were in my kitchen. Love this place!
February 15, 2025You will not be disappointed. The area, the cleanliness, the girls in the office all wonderful. Only drawbacks are maintenance isn’t in a rush unless you call the office. February 14, 2025The neighborhood is ok. The rent just seems really to expensive for what the house consists of. The homes are really thrown together quickly and it is very obvious once you get in and really start inspecting them. You can still see drywall tape behind the paint, gaps above door frames where the cut out to much, rough trim work. Big gaps between the wall and the back of the counter tops with tons of silicone to fill the gap. Paint is really cheap and extremely flat, so it shows literally ...everything and you can’t hardly clean it because of you do, the paint comes off with it. They could be really nice houses with a lot more attention to detail when building. So with all of that being said, the rent is to high for what they are in my opinion and it’s going up when you renew. Hard enough as it is already. Also, it’s almost impossible to get ahold of the office. I put in a work order for plumbing and it took almost 3 weeks to get to me. VERY under staffed!Property Manager Responded
