I’ve been here since Nov 2024. They’ve had to fix my washer/dryer over five times. This last time my dryer and washer are smoking and burning. It’s been 37 Days since i’ve put a work order in and they’ve made excuses like making a SINGLE call to my husband who had no reception and never followed up. I had to keep emailing several times and told them to change the number to mine and keep me updated. They refuse to call my number and obviously don’t read the emails I send before responding. can see I’ve had to repeat myself even though all the emails are in the same thread and my address in the subject line. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for laundry expenses even though they said i could use the community center which is ONLY open during both our work hours. Maintenance came thursday and did nothing. They didn’t even call us to say if it was fixed, if it needed a part they had to wait for, etc. We tried it again and it filled our house with smoke. Not to mention the house itself, the floor is covered in paint/messes maintenance made and never cleaned and ruined the vinyl floors, poor paint jobs that cover our light fixtures, and water leaks, and mold in the water heater room. Check Google or yelp reviews for my screenshots of the emails.
