My 2 1/2 years here have been largely fantastic. The management change was very much appreciated. George and his maintenance team are particulary professional, and he always has a kind word or chat to share. Snow removal wasn't the best and there have been some summer pool issues, hence the removal of one star. Overall, highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, Maintenance is quick depending on what it is…plow trucks this winter could’ve done a much better job at removing the snow in the residential parking spaces though!

The overall apartment is nice and parking is good. Maintenance is poor. A leaky dishwasher and a peeling tub not even 3 months after moving in and they take forever and leave a mess behind.

Things have definitely changed since we moved in. Valet trash is a hit or miss, maintenance request are very slowly answered with no communication until you say something, jobs half way done with a promise to come back and they never show

I think it’s an okay place to live. We love the apartment but there is definitely clear corners that have been cut. Sometimes maintenance could be better. People don’t respect dog park rules.

The apartment building that I live in is pretty quiet and no one bothers you. Some neighbors speak and are very friendly. I just wish that the folks that have been here over 5 years could be able to meet to give some of our opinions on some things that could be changed. Overall we've enjoyed living at Renew. The staff is always helpful.
