Love my Apartment
July 8, 2025I live in a One Bedroom, the layout and size are very nice. I lived on Jericho side and, certainly prefer living on Hicksville side now. I would recommend living here. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.Review from Apartments.com
Mice everyday
December 29, 2018If you live here, prepare yourself to have a lot of visitors every night Some night we would have 2/3 running in the apartment I do clean and vacuum everyday, take the garbage out and i would here them and see them again Do not recommend this placeReview from Apartments.com
Old, not well maintained, and very OVERPRICED
September 8, 2017Very overpriced, many hidden fees that will get tacked on several times per year and will raise rent every year by extraordinary amounts. Leasing office staff is rude. Kids Get an Excellent Education!
July 25, 2015Great location for it's proximity to markets, restaurants, department stores and a shopping mall. Major highways are three blocks away and the LIRR is in walking distance. This building has both one and two bedroom apartments. There are many buildings in the complex and some are handicap-accessible. Landscaping is well-maintained. The private parking lots and roads are well-cleared after snowfall. The neighborhood is very diverse and the families are getting younger. It's zoned for the Jericho ...school district and my kid got an excellent education. The rent is expensive and rises yearly. We're charged separately for sewer usage and real estate tax (both yearly). Getting more and more difficult to get repairs/maintenance done in the apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonder Apartment World
July 21, 2015I have lived in the building for over 30 years! I love it; the grounds are maintained and look like properties straight out of Town & Country magazine or Better Homes & Garden. The staff and Landlord are like family and aim to please. Areas for children to play and the complex is within walking to everything including major highways. It's secluded enough to give the impression of privacy. Often I think of moving, but I really don't think I could find "wonder world" anywhere else. Beautiful and homey apartment community
August 18, 2013Having been a tenant at the Eagle Rock Community in Hicksville/Jericho for 12 years I can absolutely endorse it as being a great place to live. It's in a private location close to all parkways and shopping. The property is maintained beautifully as it's tree lined streets with alot of grass and landscaping. The apartments are spacious and a great value. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly by the staff.
