Flexible situation at the Gardens at Maplewood
October 5, 2020If you are looking for a short-term lease option, consider the Gardens at Maplewood. Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, we needed to be able to move into an apartment without committing to a 1-year lease. Living at the Gardens gave us that option. Plus, the extra premium for short-term leases was waived due to COVID, so rent was offered at a more affordable rate than other short-term lease options. Additionally, they offer 1 bedroom with den apartments (cheaper than a 2 bedroom, but ...provides an extra room for a roommate!)Property Manager Responded

Beautiful townhomes
May 6, 2020We went on a tour for this property. The wood finishes and space was beautifully done! I love wood floors. Also during this whole experience Lily has been so amazing. She answered my any questions and emails! So far so good with this property. We were even able to get the application fee waived by submitting a review which was An extra bonus! Nice area. Nice pricing. Great convenience
May 5, 2020Love the area and the price for the two bedroom. Lovely hardwood floors and in house laundry were big time in my decision to move here. The staff was very attentive to my girlfriend and myself in answering our questions in the on boarding process. They even waived the application fee for this review. Major Leak but fixed

June 13, 2018In the past, management wasn't calling back and communication wasn't up to par. I met James, the property manager at movie night and he seems to be a kind and professional person. He gave me his e-mail address on the spot, asked me if everything was ok, and wanted to see if he could anything for me right now. When I have issues they are resolved easily
