Great place to live!

I have been living here for quite some time now and am very happy. The grounds are beautiful, especially in the spring when all of the many mature trees and bushes flower. Maintenance is fantastic - they respond very quickly to requests. The neighborhood is very convenient - close to parkways and shopping, and great schools. I am looking forward to using the new clubhouse that is being built.

First and foremost, the persistent roach infestation is appalling. Despite multiple complaints to the management, the problem remains unresolved. These unwanted guests invade every corner of the unit, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean within my home.
Additionally, the sound control within the building is woefully inadequate. The noise from upstairs neighbors walking around is constant and disruptive. Whether it's late at night or early in the morning, the lack of sound insulation ...
amplifies every step, depriving me of peace and tranquility.
Furthermore, the management's neglect of the garbage disposal system is evident by the piling up of garbage in the bins outside. Overflowing bins attract pests and emit a foul odor, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. This negligence not only diminishes the quality of life for residents but also poses health risks.

I have lived at Eagle Rock for the last five years. After my divorce I needed a place to stay. I knew it would be temporary until I met someone and was no longer single. Happy to say I did meet the love of my life. My time at Eagle Rock has been excellent. It is convenient to shopping and parkways. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Nancy. Eagle Rock at Woodbury is a quiet and peaceful place to live. It is like living in a park! It is very easy to find a parking space close to your apartment and the apartments are spacious. The location is very accessible to highways and is close to many stores and restaurants.

I toured the apartments with Arlene and she answered all my questions and was super friendly and professional. The apartment was gorgeous and huge! Unfortunately for personal reasons i couldn’t move forward and move in but she made me wish i could. I hope she will still be there when I’m ready to move!

Rented at Eagle Rock Apartments and have only positive things to say. Apartments were clean, renovated, and spacious with good storage. Complex is immaculate and quiet. Staff was excellent, courteous, helpful and made themselves available to help. HIGHLY recommend this place without reservation. Good access to shopping, highways, and amenities. Don't hesitate to rent here.

Located right off route 135, on Jericho turnpike. A short commute from Manhattan, this 3 bedroom apartment boasts a private balcony,one bathroom, living room,and one kitchen. Its located in a private community,with security guards monotoring your safety. A pleasent place to come home after work and enjoy the trees around you.
