June 10, 2025I have been living here for quite some time now and am very happy. The grounds are beautiful, especially in the spring when all of the many mature trees and bushes flower. Maintenance is fantastic - they respond very quickly to requests. The neighborhood is very convenient - close to parkways and shopping, and great schools. Eagle ROACH
May 12, 2023First and foremost, the persistent roach infestation is appalling. Despite multiple complaints to the management, the problem remains unresolved. These unwanted guests invade every corner of the unit, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean within my home. Additionally, the sound control within the building is woefully inadequate. The noise from upstairs neighbors walking around is constant and disruptive. Whether it's late at night or early in the morning, the lack of sound insulation ...amplifies every step, depriving me of peace and tranquility. Furthermore, the management's neglect of the garbage disposal system is evident by the piling up of garbage in the bins outside. Overflowing bins attract pests and emit a foul odor, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. This negligence not only diminishes the quality of life for residents but also poses health risks.Property Manager Responded

Tenet for four years
July 8, 2021I have lived at Eagle Rock for the last five years. After my divorce I needed a place to stay. I knew it would be temporary until I met someone and was no longer single. Happy to say I did meet the love of my life. My time at Eagle Rock has been excellent. It is convenient to shopping and parkways. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Nancy. The lovely lady in the management office. She has become a friend and so helpful. All my requests have been taken care of very ...quickly. I will miss the people here. Very Nice Property
November 10, 2020Eagle Rock at Woodbury is a quiet and peaceful place to live. It is like living in a park! It is very easy to find a parking space close to your apartment and the apartments are spacious. January 13, 2018Rented at Eagle Rock Apartments and have only positive things to say. Apartments were clean, renovated, and spacious with good storage. Complex is immaculate and quiet. Staff was excellent, courteous, helpful and made themselves available to help. HIGHLY recommend this place without reservation. Good access to shopping, highways, and amenities.
