Don waste your money there, Worst apartments
August 21, 20231. terrible apartment. they never cleaned the hallway. 2. When i moved out they charged me 220$ for the dripping pan on the stove. According to them it was dirty. On my moving checklist , there was no mention about dripping pan. When I moved in I find it dirty. 3. the washer dryer never works, seriously never, terrible laundry room 4. And they changed the manager 5 times during my stay. If you give any update, the old manager never update it o he new manager and for that reason you will be in ...trouble 5. I tried to call them for the last 7 days and no one pick the call. one of my friend's move in date is august 11 and he is coming from another country. And guess what ! they are not picking up the call for any queries. 6. There is no 24/7 maintenance 7. If you arrive at home at 11 PM, you will never get parking spot, very limited number of parking spot I tried to call them last week everyday, and guess what the manager never picks up the call. Roach Infested
September 4, 2021Since living here there has been a horrid roach issue. I keep a very clean home and have never had a roach issue. Pest control has come to my unit twice and it still has roaches running around all over.Review from Apartments.com
So far, so good
September 19, 2020I’ve been living here almost three months, and within that short timeframe, Victoria has gone over and beyond! Hallway lights have been repaired, trees cut down, and emergency lights have been installed on all the first floor patio doors! Cons of living here is the laundry room. Its small, very hot and the dryers are not my favorite. Also, a minor paint job or pressure wash would do a little just for the first floor apartments. Absolutely love this property and management
June 25, 2020I have never had one complaint about the property! We got new management and our new manager Victoria is excellent. She is personable, effective, timely, and even contacts me when packages arrive. It is quiet and kid friendly, has a diverse and personable population. Would not Recommend Nobody to stay here
May 3, 2020Been here 2 years and one of the worst apartments I stayed at so far. Within them 2 years I then had 5 different managers, that may have had experience or didn’t, but problems kept on happening. For one my air conditioning has went out 3 times since been staying here. It’s a small one bedroom apartments so it gets hot fast..They’re good for tell you last minute notices too, for example they started working on the roof for about 3 months and didn’t tell ANYBODY before doing so. Cause unexpected ...loud stomping on my roof at 8:00 in the morning. Then left nail holes in my ceilings from the roof that they just looked at and never fixed. In my bathroom there’s black mold on the walls where they took some new paint and just painted over it again. So now it’s showing over the new paint. If you have large furniture I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s very difficult to get your things through the narrow hall from your door entrance to anywhere in the house. Then on top of all the issues that happens here, it’s not like they work with you or reimbursing your money off rent for the issues that constantly happens.... Overall I would not recommend anyone to staying here, and the management you sign your least with is most likely not going to be there a few months later.
