BEST APARTMENT HOME EXPERIENCE EVER!
June 18, 2025I have not lived in an apartment in 38 years since graduating college. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to rent for a year. Looked at many communities. Once I visited Eagle's Brooke and saw THE SIZE of the apartments and THE COST they did not have to sell me. I JUMPED AT IT IMMEDIATELY. Did not know that I would grow to appreciate the community for Management that made me feel like family; the extras with the Amazon package delivery box; the trash service at my door. I could continue, ...but I have to get back to work. You cannot go wrong in choosing Eagle's Brooke for your apartment home for short or long term stay.Property Manager Responded

Worst place I ever lived
December 2, 2024They dont deserve one even one star. Management does care about you just getting their money. They will lie to you in your face and not fix major issues in the apartment. Definitely not renewing lease
December 17, 2023Tons of random fees my rent is different every single month apartments are never sprayed for bugs so roaches all in the halls and wild cats! Cats ate my valet trash and I was charged a fee for it ridiculous! Leasing office zero help or empathy !Property Manager Responded

Termites! Please- find somewhere else!
June 29, 2022I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt and as many chances as they need to get things right- but I want to try and save someone from going through what we went through. My husband and I had to terminate our lease 3 months early because our apartment had termites for 6 months and the management never handled the issue properly or in a timely manner. Our maintenance requests were never answered until 2-3 weeks later. When we brought our intent to leave, they asked us, “you can’t just ...wait until your lease is up," when the termites had left the walls and put our furniture at risk. Property manager also never came out to address the issue or our intent to leave, but stayed in her office.Trash is ALWAYS overflowing into the street for days, with bags sometimes open and trash spilled onto the ground, and only for them to ever add extra dumpsters days later, which sat for weeks with the same spilled trash. The gate was never functional (which was a main reason we wanted to live here), pool did not open until August, and pet waste in the dog park was everywhere! Our upstairs neighbors’ dishwasher was leaking for over 3 months and they never fixed it, causing water to leak through our ceiling. Would give 0 stars if I could.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 13, 2020Parking sucks, gate doesn’t work so all guest take up the spots all night long. Roach infestation like crazy. You get all shapes & sizes literally & pest control don’t work. Don’t live on the bottom or second floor cause the person above you is Big Foot’s Cousin. Nice looking outside but check the inside prior to signing a lease. March 18, 2019The manager Debra is very unprofessional and condescending. I was assigned an apt and later under scrutiny from Debra to find ways to take it back for going to corporate for a quoted price. This experience was a nightmare and now I'm out of money I paid to move there on the date previously discussed. They give incorrect information and expect you to pay for their mistakes. I always provide positive reviews so this speaks volumes of my treatment; I wish a 0 star was an option. Decent place to live.
October 10, 2015I've lived here 5 years with one big problem, otherwise it was a nice place to live. I had a problem with leaking above a bedroom window that took two months to finally fix, had I not been disabled I would have demanded to change apartments. The staff does not reply to general emails and questions which can be annoying. It's an apartment owned by a large company, nice enough for what it is.Review from Apartments.com
