September 10, 2024Quiero escribir esta reseña para decir muchas verdades ya que por otras reseñas tuve mucho temor de venir a vivir aquí pero hoy le doy gracias a Dios por ser inquilinos de este condominio el cual nuestra familia nos sentimos muy felices de vivir aquí, nuestro apartamento muy acogedor, grande limpio, con los equipos muy limpios y en óptimas condiciones, las paredes limpias al igual que los pisos, las áreas muy limpias y buena seguridad, el trato de los compañeros de la oficina ha sido el mejor y ...en cuanto a mantenimiento siempre respondiendo rápidamente ante cualquier situación, hace un mes y medio nos mudamos para acá y no tenemos otra cosa que decir gracias por todo lo especial que nos sentimos.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Management! Clean! Safe!

The management is readily available to answer any questions you may have about the application process, the leasing process, amenities etc., though the application itself is quite easy. Nancy was great! She was very informative, friendly, and professional! This property offers all kinds of specials and the property is clean, safe, and very well maintained. The place is very kid-friendly and pet friendly! This property is tranquil! It offers escape from the ...congestion of the city while still being in the city! The amenities are fabulous! Amazing Management!!
April 12, 2022My husband and I were very cautious about moving out of state with a baby, especially since we had never been to the area or the apartments. We have been here for 3 months now and we absolutely love it. If you are debating whether or not to move here, do it!! Summary: Quiet, clean, family friendly apartments with amazing management. Some detailed notes: - Michele and James are so awesome. They have both gone out of their way to help us with the leasing process, moving in, and all the other little ...things we need help with. They keep us in the loop with everything via email, and they hold fun little resident gatherings. They are kind people and very patient with all of my questions. They're seriously the best. - It's family friendly. There is lots of space for kids to hang out and play, and there's a camera facing the playground. The pool isn't open for the year yet but it looks fun. There are two little ponds by the dog park that have lots of turtles and little fish. All the people I've met are super nice. Michele and James know the kids' names, too. - The property is well-lit at night. Parking is enforced so there are always spots open near your building. The grounds crew does an amazing job keeping everything nice and trash-free. There are dog waste stations all over so there's rarely poop on the ground. The walls are not thin, we never hear our neighbors. We've only had like 3 bugs in our apartment, all from me leaving the door open. - The only con we could think of is the single pane windows. Cold and hot air come through, and you can hear whatever is going on outside. Being from Utah, we're used to double pane, so this is a new thing for us. Thermal curtains help with the temperature, and it's usually quiet at night so these aren't really an issue, I'm just nitpicking at this point.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonderful Introduction to Texas!
October 31, 2016I relocated to Texas a year ago and have lived at Eagle's Point for this past year. This has been a wonderful experience in apartment living. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance crew headed up by Lee and Lynn are outstanding! They made me feel like family right away, and are very prompt in handling any maintenance issues, as well as helpful suggestions in adjusting to living in Texas. Been here for a year.
August 21, 2015I've lived in the two bedroom one bath floor plan for a year, my boyfriend for longer, and it's nice. We have had problems in the past, but when we put work orders in, they are usually handled next day. They keep up with the landscaping and trash pick ups, and the pool is up kept well, too. We are upgrading to the two bed two bath floor plan across the parking lot; we'll probably be here a while.Review from Apartments.com
