Great location, great complex
February 21, 2023This is an ideal location for MB residents. I can easily walk to the park across the street to attend the Farmer's Market, concerts, or just to walk at my leisure. 2 minutes from HEB and multiple stores and restaurants. The office and maintenance crew are respectful, helpful, and prompt. The new gym is a plus too, but quite small so only one person can work out at a time to avoid awkwardness. The pool has great lounge chairs for tanning and the vending machines outside are an added bonus. Very ...quiet for the most part.Property Manager Responded

Pros and Cons
November 12, 2020Pros: The staff are always happy to help and attentive. If something's not working, they're normally very prompt to try and fix it. The grounds are kept well and the maintenance staff are some of the nicest guys ever. We've had a lot of improvements while we're here to upgrade appliances and air conditioning. I can't say enough nice things about the people, really. The city park across the street is also amazing. Cons: These apartments are CHEAP. Not the rent, but the building construction. ...Avoid having upstairs neighbors at all cost. Don't even consider the ground floor and second floor apartments. If you have neighbors underneath you, assume they hear everything you do, even a normal speaking conversation. If you drop a 2lb object, it will sound like a bowling ball. Amazing Community and Location!
April 27, 2020I couldn’t have asked for a better location or community to have lived in. The convenience of the schools being across the street, the park just a walk away and the beautiful pool made my outdoor loving soul so happy! If I could give no stars I would
September 10, 2018This is not a quiet complex. If you move here I advise living in a two story on the top floor. The neighbors stomp like cattle and management does nothing. If I could break my lease today and not pay $4000 I would. I’m out as soon as my lease is up. I pay way too much a month for this crapProperty Manager Responded

We can definitely look into the issue and see if it is normal apartment noise or excessive noise and/or during quiet hours. We can also discuss transferring to a top floor apartment if we have one available that you like. Let us know in the office!
