Decent
August 10, 2015Good size space value and a great location in a very nice neighborhood. But being on the top floor, the roof leaks sporadically in the winter time. The back stairs wood seems ready to rot through in some places, kinda scary when you're four stories up. Also you're not allowed to have a cat!!Review from Apartments.com
