You will regret
May 21, 2022I have been living here for 2 years and I will say read all the negative reviews and had reservations about moving here. From the beginning they took the time to go over my concerns and they were very open and honest about the negatives and explained the steps they were taking to correct the perceptions. What I have found is a very unresponsive staff both in the office and maintenance personnel. They addressed your concerns quickly and throughly but never fixed it. Just today I needed a situation ...corrected and it was not handled since over 2 weeks. As for the maintenance staff, they never come to your apartment to fix the things. Unprofessional and Gross
May 29, 2021These apartments are a complete wreck, they look nice online and which ever unit they can show you looks nice at first but when you actually move it ist nothing like your initial walk through. The AC unit doesn't work and maintaince waits weeks before responding to your work order let along fixing the ac unit. The kitchen is infested with ants and when you call the leasing office about it they tell you that they will put you down for the exterminator to spray your unit on Wednesday because that's ...the only day the exterminator shows up each week and then they will follow up every 2 weeks till the ants are gone. I will say that the exterminator has never shown up I work from home so I am here all day. It has been 4 weeks and every time I call the office about it they act like I'm the crazy one that the exterminator had shown up and sprayed for the ants. I am already regretting siging my lease for this apartment and I have 10 more months to go. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not rent from eagles crest or any Morgan Property Communities. I am sure the other places are run just as bad as here.Property Manager Responded

Go somewhere else
November 25, 2020The apartments are crumbling and literally falling down on you. They have not fixed anything in the 3 years I have been here. They up the rent each year and fix nothing. They walking right into your apartment deeming it is and emergency when ever they like and constantly shut off the water with no notice. Then when. They give you a heads up of someone coming into your apartment, no one shows up. Missed many days of work waiting for their planned mantainance for nothing. Sottomg there with high ...anxiety all day over someone coming into the place you pay to be in for nothing. The stress of being here is unreal. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
July 5, 2020Me and my wife are currently living here and we been here for almost 2 years. Now we want out. Fridge broke the second week we got here took them months to just give us a new one. Right now we having a heat wave. The CENTRAL AIR has been broken for almost 3 months now they refused to fix it. They gave us a portable AC which only stays in the room so the rest of the house is HOT! I'm very disappointed they are very un professional. I moved out the bad area to wanna live somewhere nice and this was ...definitely a no go. August 29, 2019Tried to type out my whole horrible experience but was told it was over the limit, so the short review is: Don’t live here. No one cares about you, it can take a month or more to get repairs done (if you actually ever manage to get a hold of anyone). HORRIBLE
June 30, 2019Been here for two years & the first couple of months wasn’t that bad. Until everytime I turn around something was broken and it took maintenance forever to come and fix it. About a month ago I had an uninvited visitor entered my home (A RACOON) from a whole that was in the back of my washer machine which I knew NOTHING about. Which means the whole was there since I moved in. Management did Not care. Me and my children had to sit in the hallway for 3 hours until the pet control finally came. Near of everything!!
April 22, 2018We appreciate the kindness of the eaglescrest apartment staff, especially Elizabeth for her kindness and patience towards us and helping us find the perfect apartment according to our needs and based on the additional income we were able to receive the offer they had. Our experience has been spectacular , we went to the gym and it is a quiet environment and the machinery in excellent condition. Elizabeth explained all the things that included the apartment, the facilities and the best of all in ...our Spanish language since she speaks several languages. She is very proud To know that this great person (Puerto Rican) is careful to give the extra mile with us, guiding us about all the steps we had to take to move soon. Thank you for being a blessing to us and we appreciate the coffee while we waited and the popcorn. thanks to all the staff. Thanks to Luis for maintenance because we observed something that had to be fixed r and he immediately did the work..The apartment is very comfortable and has all the equipment you need, new carpet.God bless you !!
