    The area is welcoming, community is in a great location. There is a movie theater just down the road and multiple shopping areas. Despite the proximity, the actual apartments are in a quiet area. Plenty of privacy. Management throws frequent events, as well as the area is well maintained.

    The apartments are great! Very comfortable and nice, and the management is also very fantastic. We love Rick and his very nice southern hospitality. And the maintenance crew is also super super nice and quick.

    Moved into our unit and everything was great. We came from a different state and did all the paperwork via email and online, it wasn't difficult at all. We were never able to come out to do a tour before needing to move in but we are very pleased with how everything looks and the treatment we received from Management and Maintenance.
