March 23, 2026Kendall has been here and done what he could and if he needed help sought it out. Not all repairs are as simple as a plugged toilet or sink but has done much more than just fix the problem. He explained and made my dog feel his friendship. Great Community, Accepts Section 8!!
February 16, 2025The staff @ Eagles Pointe was absolutely amazing! Hailey & Jazzmine are so friendly & personable. It was refreshing to see a community that cares. They also accept Section 8! There aren’t many places in Brunswick that accept vouchers anymore that don’t look like the projects. Eagles Pointe was well maintained & you can tell that the staff takes pride in their jobs & apartments. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 26, 2022For all the money I’m paying this is the WORST apartment complex ! I’ve been expressing my concerns about my noisy upstairs neighbors since I moved in and the only thing they have done was “talk” to them . I tried to move but then they wanted 2 months rent and for me to pay rent again after we JUST paid that months rent (idk how much money they think I have ) .Ive also been letting them know about my concerns that there is MOLD in my apartment but no one has come for that either ! In my opinion ...it’s unorganized they let people really do whatever they want to do and it’s SAD!Property Manager Responded
