Take a step back in time and appreciate the architectural details in this two bedroom you're not likely to find in modern cookie-cutter buildings. This is the perfect two bedroom apartment on the entire first floor of a well-seasoned, charming Victorian. The perfect use of space makes this crown jewel seem much bigger than it is. Modern amenities are a plus including modern AC/heating and new stainless steel appliances. Fresh paint throughout. Location in the city is excellent with access to just ...
about anything one could need... and on a quiet, friendly street. The delightfully refreshing landlord, who lives on the premises, keeps the property well maintained, & responds quickly to issues in a very reasonable amount of time--a rarity. Bonus room can be used as an office or third bedroom.
