January 16, 2024I cannot say enough about East Bay and the amazing management and staff. Ashley and her staff always go above and beyond and treat us like family. The grounds are well kept, the amenities are incredible, especially the pier where you can fish and enjoy beautiful sunsets. My maintenance requests are always taken care of immediately and Ashley is always available to answer any questions or assist us with any needs. The entire team at East Bay knows us by name and always greets us with a smile. ...I love calling East Bay our home and plan on living here for many years. Great place to call Home!
February 26, 2020I have loved living at East Bay, so much so, I have decided to renew my lease instead of buying. The staff is super helpful and friendly! Any issues I have had were fixed immediately! Highly recommend living here. Very quite and homey. Has a nice pool, new fitness center, and pathway to the bay!Property Manager Responded

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!
August 23, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Tonight, MY REFRIGERATOR DOOR FELL OFF!!! It’s so old and disgusting that it just fell off the hinges! When I moved in there were dead bugs in the light fixtures, a wasp nest on my balcony, the faucet in the tub was highly corroded and there were other things that weren’t clean. It took them weeks of me reminding them to even care that they let me move into an apt that wasn’t ready. My ice maker still isn’t working and I’ve been here over a month. It also made some ice with a ...huge chunk of black mold in it a couple days ago. The rent is way over priced for this dump too. Everything is EXTREMELY dated. They will not let you look at the apt before its ready to see if you actually want to rent it. There’s no model home either. So basically you are stuck with whatever you walk into the day you sign the lease and get your keys. Those pictures on their website are not accurate!!!! The pool is NEVER clean. There are always bees and wasps and who knows what else floating on top. It’s disgusting. I refuse to get in it again! Oh and plan to bring your own microwave too. The water turns everything black! What am I bathing in or brushing my teeth with I have pictures and emails to prove it all! This is an absolute disgusting dump!!! Don’t even consider it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 21, 2019Wonderful amenities, beautiful area, great bayside views. I love this place! The staff are kind and helpful and prompt. The complex is quiet and a grocery store is right down the street. The pool is nice and big (and saltwater) and they're constantly improving.
