March 26, 2025My mother lived here for two years. This was the perfect place for her. Maintenance requests were always dealt with promptly. Everyone is so nice. The management staff is superb!! They go above and beyond!! Jason is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this apartment community to everyone. You aren’t just a resident. quiet, clean, and kind
February 2, 2024I lived here for a couple of years. my maintenance requests were always handled promptly and the maintenance and management team were always ready to answer any questions I had. The pool is well kept, the tanning bed is just what's needed, and the gym is a perfect spot to get a quick workout in. I stopped by to say hi to the team and noticed the clubhouse had been redone, it's so modern and looks great! They're also getting a ton of new apartments, so that's exciting. I live in Nashville for ...right now, but if I move back to Dickson this will be my destination. I'd love to see one of the ones! thanks EFP!Property Manager Responded
