Amazing place and people

I've lived here for almost a year and the changes that I've seen recently have me convinced to sign another 12 month lease. It's clean, staff are nice, my apartment is looked after. Whenever something isn't working they get it fixed quick. The playground is nice for my kids and they were swimming almost everyday this past summer. The rent is super cheap compared to other apartments I've looked at that don't even have the same things to offer. I'm happy to live at East Linda Gardens!

Although all apartments have it quirks, down and upsides, and is far from a 5 star, but, management is trying their best to come as close as possible, agreeing my complex is more a 3 1/2 star due to not enough play area for children and playground is quite boring, my apartment is a family friendly community, where my manager has cleaned it up all around to make it the safest for all, and I feel safe, patrol at night, most keep to them selves, it's as quite to hear a pen drop, located in a good ...

neighborhood, and most of not far from shopping, thou far from fun, I wouldn't change, it's hard to find what I have here, a non judgemental manager who works with each situation and individual seperatly, and a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath, amazing size for a price Noone can beat, I am home
