DO NOT RENT HERE
July 3, 2023This is an awful building, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved into this building because it was pet friendly and was available asap at the time. Last week I made a service request cause I have biscuit beetle in my apartment, the pest control banged on my door two days later, and after telling him where the issue was, he spent maybe 5 min in my apartment. I thought it was solved except I now have an infestation. I had to throw away all my pet's food as well because of this. When I first moved in, I noticed ...the bathroom sink was broken and the glass in the fridge is a misfit. I moved in on November 6th and they didn't bother to fix my sink at all till I started working for them in May. They refused to install my AC unit in May, even though I explained to them that due to my health condition, I faint when it's too hot and that just a few days ago I had to call 911. the packages are always tampered with and stolen, the management does nothing about it unless someone threatened to call the cops, then they look at the footage and blame an innocent person. They made me return a package that was rightfully mine, as that wasn't enough, and they also terminated my employment. There is a resident in the building that constantly takes another resident's package, opens it then returns it saying " opened by mistake" The elevator and the directory box are almost always down at least once a month, not to mention water shutdowns. Just recently the main lobby door wasn't working, I called the contact center and they said "Thank you for letting us know, I will send a message. If they don't come out tonight give us a call again." There is a squatter at the east entrance about 4 days a week and the management doesn't know if they will fix the door. I had someone try to open my door and pick at my locks the management did nothing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
