I like how it feels more like a townhouse and with the attached garage, it's nice for the winter and extra storage. It's a quick trip to 13 and to downtown Ithaca. The property management team, Anna and Karen, have been so accommodating and working very hard to ensure that myself and other tenants are settled in comfortably. The amenities were carefully planned from the beautiful community club house, fitness center, swimming pool, walking trails to a dog park. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of each unit, the lighting, plumbing, ...and appliances are all energy efficient, the flooring and counter tops are of high quality. Although parts of the community are still under construction there has been little disruption and there are more amenities being added. The location is convenient to shops and businesses but it’s still in a quiet location in a beautiful wooded spot.
