May 12, 2021I recently moved in and everything has been great! The office is very responsive and I've been extremely happy with my apartment. I like how it feels more like a townhouse and with the attached garage, it's nice for the winter and extra storage. It's a quick trip to 13 and to downtown Ithaca. Happy to live at East Pointe
May 11, 2020East Pointe has been a perfect place for us to downsize after selling our home. The apartment is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The Village of Lansing and Cornell Business Park provide nice trails for a walk or bike ride. Can’t wait to spend some leisure time on our second floor veranda overlooking the center courtyard. The community center provides a gym, swimming pool, and place for get-togethers. October 10, 2019East Pointe Apartments is a quaint small community filled with a variety of friendly people of all ages. I enjoy the fitness center and walking trails they have developed for their tenants. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. After selling my home I searched the Ithaca area for an apartment, East Pointe fit my wish list, with plenty of living space, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, tile and carpeted flooring, a private entrance, and a garage with plenty of storage space. The ...apartment I chose overlooks the courtyard where I enjoy the spectacular sunsets! No other place like it in Ithaca!
July 31, 2019I recently moved into East Pointe apartments and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this new community. The property management team, Anna and Karen, have been so accommodating and working very hard to ensure that myself and other tenants are settled in comfortably. The amenities were carefully planned from the beautiful community club house, fitness center, swimming pool, walking trails to a dog park. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of each unit, the lighting, plumbing, ...and appliances are all energy efficient, the flooring and counter tops are of high quality. Although parts of the community are still under construction there has been little disruption and there are more amenities being added. The location is convenient to shops and businesses but it’s still in a quiet location in a beautiful wooded spot.
