Disorganized and Disrespectful Tenant Application Process
December 28, 2024My experience with Eastwood Townhomes as a tenant applicant was deeply disappointing. The process lacked basic respect, transparency, and any semblance of a service-centric approach. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about the status of my application. After a week of back and forth with the management team over several concerns, I still did not have a solid approval, whereas two other properties I applied to were able to provide decisions the very next day. This ...stark contrast highlighted the inefficiency and disorganization at Eastwood Townhomes. The overall experience reflected poor management and a lack of consideration for prospective tenants.
