Great college apartment
July 8, 2022Moved in last year for a college apartment and the space is great. Unit was updated and overall in great shape. Staff is always very friendly and reachable. Great place to live!
October 22, 2019I have lived in different apartments for 3 years now, and none have ever come close to being as great as Eastern Lofts has been. In every apartment prior to living at this one, I had sound issues, maintenance issues, and problems with changing lease terms. I have no noise issues at this one nor did they ever add a penny more than what the lease states. The people in the leasing office are awesome! I typically work with Jasmin, and they have always been super quick to reply to emails and go out ...of their way to solve issues. My apartment is brand new, spacious and within walking distance from EMU which is perfect for me. As for the parking this is something important to me so I'm pleased that you get your own parking space and even have parking spots for visitors.
