I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a great place to live. The management company made the entire moving process quick and seamless. The maintenance team respond to requests incredibly fast, handle repairs professionally, and always get the job done right the first time. It is a breath of fresh air to live in a building where the staff is this dedicated and responsive!

I’ve been living at Eastgate Townhomes for a few months and I’m very happy here. My townhome is spacious, clean, and well-kept. I’ve had a great experience living here. The building feels safe, and any time I’ve needed a repair, maintenance has responded quickly. The rooms are spacious and get plenty of natural light, which makes the apartment feel cheerful and comfortable. It’s also dog-friendly, and the location is very convenient, being close to Cornell.

We've lived here for two years now and it's been a solid experience overall. What really stands out is the maintenance team — any time we've had an issue, they show up quickly and actually fix it right the first time. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference when you're renting. The property has stayed clean and well-kept the whole time we've been here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.

A great place to live for nature lovers, families and young professionals. Maintenance requests are smooth sailing and all of the staff is very helpful and friendly.
I do wish the parking area had a bit more structure to it (ie assigned parking), as it gets pretty full throughout the year with non-residents. Along with a bit more maintenance when it comes to snow removal from the sidewalks. All in all though, a wonderful place to live for anyone looking to be away from the hustle and bustle, ...

While I’ve been here the area has been quiet and the management is really good about fixing the landscaping, stairs to the trash, and dog areas. Parking is limited but I haven’t had any trouble finding a spot. Love that the unit comes with a washer and dryer which is so convenient. Would recommend.
