DON'T MOVE HERE. Especially if you're military. There's plenty of other apartment complexes around that are probably better. When things would break (which happened often) I'd have to remind the manager repeatedly before it got fixed. My dishwasher leaked without me even using it for a month before they finally fixed it. The manager is almost never in the office. She also forgot about my final inspection to move out (which was scheduled almost a month ahead of time), and since I'm on military ...

orders I had to leave before she could finally do it. Ended up charging me for things that were already broken when I moved in. Do yourself a favor, live somewhere else.

Management is on top of everything and so Is maintianace. There is a pool. Lots of guest parking. Multiple laundry rooms. Residents get a monthly paper that shows calender days with special events. Drawings and recipes and coupons every month has private security and landscaping. Located right of hwy 20 and close to down town! I am very happy of where I choose to live with my fiance. Child friendly too.
