August 13, 2025Rating Living here is affordable which is the upside, but the downsides are that the trash compactor is broken at least once a month and trash piles up. Also garage door to our building is left open for weeks which could allow critters to get into the building and also is a security risk to the building since anyone can then have access. There has also been a ceiling leak in the foyer of our building and the garage roof is a mess. The day porters vacuum the hallways daily but fail to clean ...the doors which are dirty (one had a red streak on it for weeks-like blood possibly). July 26, 2025Horrible Follow-Through Hello, On almost every maintenance request sent, the necessary follow through does not occur. An additional request, is always required. I was told that someone would come back to complete a work order on many occasions, but did not. When requests are placed, it is as though there is always a reason why something will be delayed or can not happen, be it big or small. Even if I speak with the property manager, things do not move efficiently. Typically, I do not respond ...in this manner, but after months and months of the same responsiveness, I believe it is necessary to express how devastating unresponsive East Have At the Village-The Solomon Organization has been from my vantage point.Property Manager Responded
