August 13, 2025Rating Living here is affordable which is the upside, but the downsides are that the trash compactor is broken at least once a month and trash piles up. Also garage door to our building is left open for weeks which could allow critters to get into the building and also is a security risk to the building since anyone can then have access. There has also been a ceiling leak in the foyer of our building and the garage roof is a mess. The day porters vacuum the hallways daily but fail to clean ...the doors which are dirty (one had a red streak on it for weeks-like blood possibly). A better job can be done all around.Property Manager Responded

The only thing I don’t like is paying for all the amenities that I’ve never used nor know where they are and trash removal I’ve never paid for that before, and some of the other things that we have to pay for I don’t like that part But as far as Maintenance, they do a great jjobProperty Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Horrible Follow-Through Hello, On almost every maintenance request sent, the necessary follow through does not occur. An additional request, is always required. I was told that someone would come back to complete a work order on many occasions, but did not. When requests are placed, it is as though there is always a reason why something will be delayed or can not happen, be it big or small. Even if I speak with the property manager, things do not move efficiently.
