It has only gone down hill
October 27, 2022Ever since the manager that was here a couple years ago it’s only went down hill. The previous manager never kept us up to date on what’s going on. September 20, 2022This property was great for a while. The property was great when another manager was there. That manager left with no warning. Current management does not respond to any emails or phone calls. The office is always locked. The only good thing about this property is the maintenance guy Sam. He does a great job. A Great Place to Call Home
January 18, 2022Eastland Court Apartment Home complex is a great place to live. I have lived here almost 16 years. Everything is well taken care of here. The grounds of the complex are beautifully landscaped, with flowers always in bloom. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. If you should have a maintenance need it is taken care of in a timely manner. My apartment is lovely and spacious. I feel so at home here. There is plenty to do if you so desire with the pool and fitness center. Plus just ...walking through the complex is safe and enjoyable. We are conveniently located with shopping only a short distance away. Downtown Rome is only about 4 miles away. The property is surrounded by woods. I enjoy this because you get to see the beauty of the changing seasons right out your window and as a bonus sometimes you get to see wildlife. In your apartment, on your deck or anywhere else on the property it doesn't seem like you are just down the street from a major highway. I feel very safe here and it is a great place to call home!Property Manager Responded

Excellent Property in the Greater Rome Area
January 17, 2022I've lived here now going on 2 years. I moved here right before the Pandemic shutdown. It's been such a wonderful experience! The apartments have several pros over other potential residencies in the area. The apartments are: - Spacious - Have Garden-size tubs - April is the property manager, and she's always very helpful and task-oriented - The property and landscape is nicely maintained - Open-floor plan I am a real resident, and I'm not getting anything from this review. Great place to live
January 17, 2022We transferred to Rome from out of state and lucked into finding this place. The grounds are well maintained as are the apartments. Very Nice Apartments in the Greater Rome area
February 22, 2021These apartments are very nice! I know there are not many reviews online, so I wanted to take some time to give my honest experience. First off, the apartments are very spacious and nice. They were built in 2006, but honestly, they have been very well-maintained. The grounds on the property are always nicely kept up. They have some men to come over quite often to maintain the grounds and the land. The residents are for the most part, respectful of each other. This is a nice place to live if ...you're working in your career, a college student, a family, or for retired adults; You'll find it all at Eastland. And, this review cones from a real resident.
