Great property
March 18, 2022This place is awesome I lived here for a year and I will be back in November when my roommate's lease is up. Everyone in the front office is absolutely wonderful. Casey who helped me with everything was absolutely wonderful. Maintenance people are great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great location
February 18, 2022I have lived here for about 5.5 years and I love it here. The front desk is helpful, especially Lisa. The maintenance crew are always on point, especially Ryan and Austin. The location is tucked away behind the Sprouts shopping plaza. You can walk to a array of stores, restaurants, coffee shops & convenience stores. It's close to all major freeways. The grounds are well kept. & Eventhough there has been a shortage of staff to keep up with the laundry room, they still find a way to find a temp ...service to keep it clean. They also have little perks like free movie rental, renting out the guest house, free popcorn, & if you have a guest coming in from out of town you can rent one of the apartments for a small daily fee. Great experience for the price!
July 16, 2021I lived here for a year, but am having to relocate due to work. If I could take Eastridge Apts. with me I would. Super convenient location, great staff, and extremely quiet place. My only complaint is that there is *always* some sort of maintenance going on in the complex, but given the price of rent, I can't really even consider that too big of an issue. Nice Complex to Live
July 11, 2019This complex is very quiet and aesthetically pleasing. The management is wonderful. They even go as far as putting a balloon on your door with some candy and a card whenever it's your birthday. The apartment complex is a little pricey, but it's centrally located and I never heard my neighbors from inside my apartment once. the management even lives on property, which speaks for itself. the only issues I had in this apartment is the washers and dryers laundromat we're constantly breaking down, but ...they would reimburse me for it by taking off the money for next month's rent. Do not live here!
December 18, 2018I’ve lived here for over a year and I absolutely hate it. The neighbors are disgusting, loud, and smoke weed in their apartments, which then funnels into my apartment. There are bugs, which they are constantly “working on”, and they are NOT our bugs. On top of that, it’s winter and the hot water for several buildings has been off for 4 days - no warning, no updates, no announcements! You have to call them to get information about the water, and even then they somehow know nothing. When you go to ...the office, there’s no one there because they don’t want to answer anymore questions about the water... It’s not enjoyable having to plan where you’re going to take a shower and do your laundry/dishes. This complex has a lot of potential, but has completely fallen short for me, and I honestly wish I could break my lease now. don't waste your time
March 16, 2017This place is unbelievable and a horrible experience. They only accept certain forms of identification. a SSN (seriously? who has EVER asked for that?), and you MUST have an AZ license or else they'll try to force you to get one. i wasted a LOT of time just trying to apply for this place which is mediocre at best. Great apartment complex
January 13, 2017We lived here for about 2 years, and I have to say I really miss living at Eastridge. It's a beautiful property and centrally located in Tempe. It's located behind a plaza, so it's nice to have so much within walking distance. They're super pet friendly which is great, but they should definitely look into turning one of the large grassy areas into a fenced in dog area where they can run around off leash. The only reason we ended up leaving was because we needed more space and the price per sq ft. ...For their larger units (they didn't have as much space as we needed either) just wasn't justifiable. The only other "big" complaint was that the laundry room by the main office usually had most of their machines out of order. The office staff was great, and overall I enjoyed my time living here. Best apartment ever!
August 14, 2015I've lived in the apartment complex since 2006, because it is affordable, centrally located, close to transportation routes and is actually quite beautiful, well groomed. It's also pet friendly (I have a 17 year old chihuahua!), with lots of grass and mature trees (so I do't have to walk my dogs on the pavement in the middle of our Arizona summers! Yikes!). At one time, it had a putting green, which has now been remodeled into an outdoor covered cabana with electric grill. We used to have a ...tennis court and it is in the process of being converted to an on site gym (I'm so excited!). Our two large laundry rooms are in separate buildings, securely locked (so I can safely do my laundry at night!), and the washers were all just recently renovated / replaced, and the place has bright paint and new counter tops. Eastridge Apartments review
February 26, 2014I've lived here since 2006, and plan to stay. This is an upscale property centrally located with easy access to grocery, library, public transportation and freeways (and only 15 minutes from ASU). It's a bit secluded (nice and quiet), so there is a suburban feel with the convenience of city life. The management office is always ready to handle the few issues I've had with maintenance (my bathroom fan was loud and they came out within 1 day and cleaned it). I've met and befriended a number of ...other residents (also long term tenants) and folks are quiet and professional; this is an in demand location and sometimes has a waiting list, but I would highly recommend this property. They have 2 swimming pools (1 of which is heated in our mild winters), 2 laundry buildings which are kept immaculately clean, a tennis court and several barbecue grills / picnic tables. There is a clubhouse available for wedding or baby shower reservations (at no charge), and computer access as well. I've never had any problems w/bugs (and I've never heard of anyone else having any, either), or ac issues, etc. and mgmt is really responsive to any questions or needs I have had over the years. The property is professionally landscaped I believe once a week and is always super clean.
