Just what I was looking for!
August 13, 2015Being a recent graduate from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC I received a job here in Hickory and when I started looking for apartments I came across this complex (Waterside by Shook and Tarlton) and scheduled a tour. These are very spacious one bed room apartments with all the room you will ever need! Nice, spacious dining/living area with a decent size kitchen big enough for one person. The bedroom is plenty big with a closet that spans the width of the room with two access points. ...Spacious bathroom with full shower and long counter in bathroom. Even has a decent sized laundry room. Honestly the selling point for me was the double sliding glass doors which lead to a deck out back, very nice! The rent is relatively inexpensive compared to similar apartments in the area! This apartment has far exceeds my expectations, I am very satisfied with the maintenance staff as well as the office staff.
