I moved into Eastwood apartments 9 months ago and I continue to be impressed by this community. First off, you cannot beat the price and quality these homes offer. The management is really great, I love Karen, Ashley and of course John. The maintenance team takes great care of our home and we never have to wait on anything. The community is very quiet and clean. The prices are fantastic and I have zero complaints. Thank you Eastwood for all of your service.

I have lived at my address for almost 3 years and have seen alot of people come and go.All utilities are paid,minus cable.Over all its rather peaceful,but like any apartment community there are a few bad people.If you need anything fixed they get it done in a timely manner,but have had a problem with a wall in the bathroom that hasnt been finished since april,and it is now aug.Office staff do what they can but it seems the corprate side of things they try to do things on the cheapest side.Parking ...
at times is a bit hard,but its due to visitors not following the rules.All in all if it came down to it,I am only staying here due to not haveing to pay anything other than the rent amount.
