The community is quiet, well-kept, and genuinely feels like home, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Kimberly, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. She’s professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the community. And Jesse — hands down the best maintenance technician I’ve ever encountered. He’s ...quick, knowledgeable, and always friendly. Any time something needs attention, he handles it efficiently and with a great attitude. January 22, 2026It truly deserves every one of these five stars. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team always follows up to make sure everything is working perfectly. Kimberly and Jesse are an amazing staff!!! The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the amenities are exactly what you’d hope for — from the fitness center to the pool to the common areas, everything feels modern and thoughtfully ...maintained. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. It feels safe, welcoming, and peaceful, and I always feel proud to invite friends and family over. New management is horribly rude
December 14, 2021Absolute worst customer service. I was a new tenant here just before they were bought out by new management and they are all extremely rude. Act as if you are a bother by inquiring about things, they do not care about their tenants, the attitude and general manor they speak and carry themselves is ridiculously unprofessional. Snarky attitudes, condescending tone when speaking. I will not be renewing my lease because of this.Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2018I moved in last month and it's been a pleasure getting to know the management here very helpful.... if you have a problem they get to it as quickly as they can it's been a very wonderful experience here so far.... place is a joke
January 11, 2018For one, there is no tennis court. The apartments need remolded, they are like low income housing., also you have to give a 60 day notice if you are moving out. Really!!! who knows if they are going to find a place 60 days ahead of time and it will be available after you put in your 60 day notice. Stupid. Just there way of charging you for moving out and putting it on your credit that you moved out without notice.Review from Apartments.com
New Management HORRIBLE
November 2, 2016The new apartment manager is so rude!!!! We had an issue with our apartment and she continued to talk to my fiance and I like we were children! It took over a month to fix, she continued to just put band-aids on the problem and tell us we were wrong and she fixed it, when the issue continued to happen!! we are only here until our lease is up then we are gone! October 22, 2016New Mngmnt just started and they are total jerks. Closing the pool early with no notice, kicking people out of the workout room, and spending money fixing up nothing but the leasing office. She's rude and treats everyone like a child. Eastwood Oaks Apartments
September 17, 2015It is a nice complex here for families however I find the rooms to be small. I am looking for a larger place as I need 4 bedroom since my grand-daughter has come to stay. Very hard to fine. Wish all bedrooms were the size of the master 1 more bedroom. A four bedroom is hard to find so will stay here as it is nice and we live with what we have here until a 4 bedroom comes available. This complex has everything most families want or would hope for. Laundry, swimming pool, play ground, tennis ...court and well maintained grounds. They have 1-2 & 3 bedroom units. 3 bedroom has washer/dryer hook-ups.
