September 5, 2025Going on 5 years now. I was out of town during Helene. My adult, autistic, granddaughter was alone! Everyone was so incredibly kind and supportive of her!! It's ok
September 28, 2020Management is decent but they use excuses to enter your apartment several times a year. People don't pick up after their dogs, people smoke constantly, and they will take most of your security deposit no matter what. Be aware of that. Otherwise it's decent and as overpriced as most Asheville apartments. Close to shopping and literally across the street from a nice little Ingles. There's no place for kids to play which sucks so it's better for adults. Water is a separate bill as is pest control. I ...can honestly say I never saw any bugs inside, that is a plus. The balconies are nice and the view of trees pretty in the spring and fall. There's AC/heat that works great. Water pressure is a little lackluster. July 4, 2018We moved in two months ago, hopeful that Eastwood Village would live up to our expectations. So far, everything has been fantastic! The location is convenient - not far from town, very near the Blue Ridge Parkway, with a grocery store and a few quality restaurant options right down the hill. The management has been superb - kind, friendly, and very responsive. The few times we've seen issues, either in our apartment or with common-space amenities, they are quick to set things right. The property ...is quiet, the community of neighbors has a nice, friendly feel, parking is sufficient, there are walking trails in the adjacent woods, and a great common area featuring pool, fitness center, business center, etc. No complaints whatsoever!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent Staff, Great Value
July 25, 2015Excellent Staff, friendly, competent and quick to respond to maintenance issues. Great Value for 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, kitchen is a little small - but OK for the price. Small lockable outside storage included on patio, extra storage available as is single car garages. Fun monthly get-togethers, good neighbors, cat and dog friendly, noise curfew and apartments are pretty quiet. On the side of a mountain with walking trails, swimming pool and jet pool, nice common area with grilles and gazebo. ...Close enough to town; 3-4 miles to almost everything including the Asheville Mall - but suburban, almost rural in feel. I have no kids, but the High School is at the bottom of the hill, as is grocery shopping and several small restaurants.
