November 16, 2025Still satisfied with staff and management after 7 years. Prompt response from maintenance if needed, which is seldom. I definitely am grateful for the updates on any outside construction or road improvements . My only complaint would be the difficulty reading the parking lot repaving map. November 15, 2025Bad Customer Service Office staff is rude and seem put off when you have a maintenance request or problem. Takes forever to get things resolved. Maintenance staff is friendly, but it rare that things are fixed correctly the first time. One day I walked in to the office to ask about an issue I was having, the staff member I encountered had their feet up on the desk leaning back in the chair, and told me I would have to make an appointment, all while never standing up from the chair. October 13, 2025Resident Feedback I have been a resident here for five years and have generally enjoyed living in the community. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding my apartment. During my time here, I have not received any upgrades inside my unit. My stove and refrigerator are quite old, and the kitchen sink water does not get cold unless it runs for several minutes. I have also experienced issues with wasps and spiders. When I first moved in, the blinds were not replaced and are now looking ...worn. I inquired about this previously and was informed that since they were not broken, they would not be replaced. Similarly, the bathtub paint is chipped; although someone came to inspect it, there has been no follow-up or resolution. I have noticed that a family member who recently moved in received new appliances and blinds, which are clean and in good condition. While I have always paid my rent on time and appreciate the overall community, I feel that long-term residents like myself could benefit from similar attention and updates. Additionally, I recently renewed my lease and am due for a carpet cleaning, but I am still waiting to hear from the office regarding scheduling. I hope the management team can address these concerns and consider improvements for residents who have remained in the community for several years.
