August 10, 2021Dirty blinds upon moving into apartment in every room. Degradation of baseboards. Cockroaches lived beneath bedroom carpet. Door sweeps were cut too short so insects would enter. Management would never get maintenance team in on time.Property Manager Responded

BAD
February 10, 2020This place is the WORST. The neighbors are so rude, mean and noisy and no one helps from the assistances or the manager. They don't do anything except sitting on their desks in the leasing office. No one tries to help you with anything even if especially when you have a problem and you are complaining about something. The pool doors are always damaged and the locks are all broken, so none of the keys open them. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND OVER PRICED
December 14, 2019The management is BEYOND HORRIBLE! They have no idea what they are doing. Light in bathroom went out the day after I moved in and they told me it would be about 2 weeks for someone to come fix it. While I was told that since I just moved it I would prioritized if something was wrong within a week of moving in. When I moved out (lease ended and of course I did not want renew) they never sent me a checklist and I had to call to make sure they knew I was leaving ( I had already sent them a 30 day ...email although it wasn’t actually necessary) they had me staying 4 days after my lease ended!?! Terrible management
August 25, 2018I lived here for a little over a year. The apartments are alright, they were cheaply made and the unit I lived in had a massive leak when it rained (I was told it was due to bad construction and the way the vent was positioned and could not be closed due to ventilation). My car was broken into (smashed my window) so don't think it's safer because of the gates. The maintenance team is great, they were always so helpful and professional. The management is terrible, to begin with it was constantly ...changing. I had over 3 or 4 managers in the year that I lived there. When I moved in May 2018 I left the apartment in great condition and went above and beyond to clean it (I have pictures of the 1st day and the last day there). Everything was cleaned and everything was in tip top shape. Erika is the person that I have been talking to And she did the move out paperwork without even looking at my apartment or doing a proper walk through and when I went back to talk to her about being over charged for paint, and cleaning she realized she made a mistake. I have moved since, but I would still call and ask about my check. Either they didn't answer, or she would say she was going to find out and never get back to me. I had to be calling her every other day to find out what was going on, very unprofessional, unhelpful and has no idea what’s going on. To end the story, I'm not getting my refund after 3 months of calling and talking to them. I even reach out to their corporate office serval times and never heard back from them. They are a company that lacks in ethics and professionalism. They will do everything in their power to keep your money and they could care less about anything else. Amazing
June 10, 2018I have lived at Eaton Village for two years and I love it. I have to move out next month because I'm moving out of state, and I am so sad to leave my lovely apartment. The location is safe, quiet, and clean. The grounds are pretty. I enjoy the pool and my dogs enjoy the dog park. The residents are nice too and generally say hello to each other. The apartments themselves are stunning. They're spacious, clean, and comfortable. The walls are thick, so I don't hear my neighbors generally. The balcony ...is big and has a beautiful view (I can see the mountains in the distance). The tub in the master bath is huge, the AC is strong, and all the appliances work perfectly. I could go on and on. Every little detail is perfect. Other apartment complexes are put to shame by Eaton Village. I've read all the reviews of Eaton Village and I can confirm the negative ones are old and no longer apply since the office staff has changed. The new office staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely HORRIBLE management.
December 20, 2016My family and I moved out 5 months ago. Upon move out the staff member present said, "It's not in my job description to do move outs.". Even after I had informed the office that I was moving out that day earlier in the week. Then I heard not a word. I even left a note on the turn in key page to have someone contact me. I just heard from them yesterday asking for an updated forwarding address, because they had mail returned. So I asked what address they had on file and it was the APARTMENT ...address!
