Brand new but made cheaply
July 5, 2025We moved into our apartment in November 2024 after they finished construction on our building. We are the first leaders of this apartment and we have had nothing but problems. On move in, our bedroom door wouldn’t close, our toilet was leaking and our fridge didn’t dispense water. During the June/July heatwave, our central air conditioning broke (after using it for 2 months) and we haven’t had cool air since before the heatwave. June 8, 2025We have had an overall positive experience living here. The only downside would be the lack of dog waste stations. We had one right by our apartment and it was taken away. May 17, 2025Attended the Rose & Cheese Pairing event and the charcuterie board of cheese and salamis was absolutely devine. The deserts and cupcakes were delicious, tasty and scrumptious. There was also wine and an assortment of other drinks to suite one's fancy. The company was very social and inviting. The Apartment Life coordintors did a marvelous job not only with the impressive spread but were also very interactive with their guests. All guests were greeted at the door and welcomed as well as ...shown around the impressive spread as to help themselves and indulge.
