Change management every 2 month and never give you a solution a stay 3 days with out stove because that make sparks and star smelling burnt and they make me wait until Monday to someone come at almost 5pm to fixing something that keep turning off and making turn everything off every 2 or 3 weeks and they just said that they are going to fix and don't want to change nothing. The suppose Assistant manager LuLu she just want to act and harassed and tell you that is Camara recored you just because ...
they don't want to work how is supposed a place caring of the people who leave where they work. I don't recomend you this place.

So far my stay here has been good. The only thing that would make it better is if the gym was remodeled with new equipment. There is only one treadmill that works and very few weights.

The unit is beautiful with the exception of various minor imperfections/damages. The many amenities and great location are a huge plus. We just moved in, but we can’t wait to see how resourceful, tactful, and helpful the employees are

I love living here. It's very quiet and luxurious. The pool is amazing. They gym is amazing. All the amenities are fantastic. I also love the valet trash service as well

Great community the office personnel is great very attentive. Moving into echelon is the best choice I made. The beautiful amenities is just a cherry on top compared to the home and peacefulness that’s come from this great community I’m grateful to be apart of.

Here’s a list of problems I’ve encountered that may change your mind on living here: •Power outages •Cars blocking the road •Misuse of the entrance roundabout •Trash everywhere •Dog mess everywhere •Noisy neighbors •Neighbors looking into windows •Loud cars peeling out of parking •Among many problems with the surrounding area Don’t expect these problems to have been addressed by the time you are reading this as many other responses to complaints have been up to 3 years late.

This apartment complex is small, quiet, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the landscaping is well groomed. Staff is super friendly and professional. Highly recommend this prime location for 151, 1604 and 410 access.
