So far my stay here has been good. The only thing that would make it better is if the gym was remodeled with new equipment. There is only one treadmill that works and very few weights.

Here’s a list of problems I’ve encountered that may change your mind on living here:
•Power outages
•Cars blocking the road
•Misuse of the entrance roundabout
•Trash everywhere
•Dog mess everywhere
•Noisy neighbors
•Neighbors looking into windows
•Loud cars peeling out of parking
•Among many problems with the surrounding area
Don’t expect these problems to have been addressed by the time you are reading this as many other responses to complaints have been up to 3 years late.

This apartment complex is small, quiet, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the landscaping is well groomed. Staff is super friendly and professional. Highly recommend this prime location for 151, 1604 and 410 access.
