This place is bogus don’t live here

I did have good things to say about this place in the past but it has constantly gone downhill, the elevator in the back is stops working constantly , the trash shoot was just out of order, they don’t have a master key to the Amazon hub locker, there giving specials to people didn’t renew there lease on time and raising the rent for people who already live here and giving a very low rate for people who are just moving in also throwing in e-scooter and computers and other stuff. the people who renewed on time which is very bogus, now the WiFi is not working, what am I paying for if there constantly having things breaking taking forever to repair and not even alerting anyone about updates when things are broken or when they are back in order, I have zoom calls and assignments to turn in and I can not connect because the WiFi is not working and they gave me a Guest WiFi but that is going extremely slow. Also I’ve asked multiple if I am in the relet list and I keep getting ignored and I was supposed to be added to the parking list be never did, if I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would and also the homelessness over here has spiked heavily here. there are people in the back digging through the dumpster and people just sleep in front of the building and on the side. also one of the security guards and hitting on people. Don’t stay here unless you want to stay having issues
