Excellent Apartment and Staff
March 9, 2025I’ve lived at Alta Biltmore for about 10 months now, and it has been a fantastic experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful—special shout-out to Jorge for always going above and beyond. The amenities are top-notch, with an excellent gym, a beautiful pool, and well-maintained BBQ areas that make it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The facilities are always clean and in great condition, showing the management's commitment to quality. One of the best parts of living here has ...been the sense of community. Jorge started a running group to help foster a means to stay active and meet the neighbors. He’s been incredibly helpful since day one, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He really made me feel at home and welcomed. Best Place Ever!!!
January 16, 2025I can honestly say it’s the best place to live. The amenities are awesome. I use them all the time and on top of that the activities they do monthly so much fun and then on top of that the staff they are amazing. Destiny and Jorge have been there from the very beginning And I have come to know them very well And vice versa. From the move-in process to addressing any concerns, Jorge and Destinee have gone above and beyond to exceed expectations.
