Their Amenities are all broken

Pool is green, pump is broken has been and no one has fixed it in about 2 weeks. The gates haven’t worked for 3 years, so don’t count on it being a gated community it’s open to everyone. Everyone uses the pool not only tenants bc the gates are broken. It’s an embarrassment to live here. Also the gym is never cleaned so gross always.

Green, Trees, Parks, Trails, Grass, Gardening, nature? Yes it is possible to find all of these things on this property if you're tired of touring so called Luxury Apartments that's it in the middle of Blacktop Hades then you may want to give this place a try. In addition to everything I've mentioned Echo Lake has a beautiful Lake of course stunning sunsets a walk-in pool a gym with just about everything you could want and a very well maintained social area along with an Amazon hub. the reviews below it's important to keep your expectations reasonable this is an apartment complex you will have neighbors to the side up and Below you in some cases they may or may not be quiet fortunately mine were over the last four years I've rented there. Sometimes maintenance will get overwhelmed the important thing is to be patient they will get to you in most cases in a more than reasonable time. Also keep in mind these apartments are not brand new but they are not outdated either and given the property and the setup in my opinion it more than makes up for brand new in a sea of black top.

don’t live here! it’s decent while you live here but once you leave they charge you unnecessary “cleaning fees” when you made sure the place was SPOTLESS before moving out. won’t give a detailed breakdown for what these charges are for and are extremely rude. they don’t care about you / aren’t nice once you leave.

This apartment complex is beautiful. Now, with that being said, I would not recommend you move underneath anyone. I can hear every sing step my upstairs neighbor takes. It starts at 5:30 in the morning and goes until they fall asleep at night. I have complained twice to the office and it appears that it has only gotten worse since. They actually shake my apartment with their walking. I can also hear the chairs every time they move they around which is A LOT! I can't believe I have to stay and ...
deal with this for a year. I would never renew a lease under these conditions. Something needs to be fixed here. Unacceptable for the amount of money paid every month.

This apartment complex is made out of a deck of cards and match sticks. management does absolutely nothing to take care of noise complaints. Everything is most of the time broken, there is no WiFi in the gym or the clubhouse that actually works. It is filled with college students that do nothing but make noise and don’t know when it’s time to call it quits. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

In general, it's a very nice and beautiful apartment. I was just pleasantly surprised that the maintenance request was completed so fast. It took off a lot of stress and pressure given it was a pest control issue.

I love it here, but I have seen several dog poops in the grass. Dog trash bag containers need emptied more often. There should be carpet on every floor but the first. As it sounds like a herd of elephants dragging chairs above me.

The only complaint I have is the number of unsupervised underage children at pool on bike paths in parking lot that throw bocce balls at others runyoy firm on walking trail leave bikes in front of lounge and block the door. This role is not enforced. Also the number of commercial vehicles boats campers food trucks in parking spaces is a major eyesore and makes the community look bad

Everything is great and as expected.. how ever, lower units do experience noise from upper units...dogs...music..footsteps...etc. Sound proofing seems minimal
