March 29, 2025I haven’t had a great experience here. I’ve been here over 6 months and do not intend to renew my lease. The apartments look nice and are in a nice location, but everything is falling apart and it’s hard to get things repaired. In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve had issues with the plumbing, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. Some requests have taken weeks to get a response too. Personally, I don’t believe this place is worth the cost in rent.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2023This was my first apartment. I feel good about the decision. Great staff, and community! My kids love the pool and community center. September 27, 2023Very nice community and neighborhood. Location is great too. Safe, quiet, and peaceful. The only thing I dislike is wished the ceiling walls are thicker or at lease better noise cancellation because I can literally hear every foot steps of my upstairs neighbor and its annoying especially in the mornings.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2023he apartment is great and very modern. Maintenance staff is professional and attentive. Office is a good common area to relax around. There is a well equipped gym, beautiful pool, grills , and patio area. Plainfield is the best town.Property Manager Responded
