Our apartment has so many problems with management. Swimming pool has about a foot of water standing for 2 years. Won't tear it out or refill it nothing. We have many leaks in ceiling all the time. Had no washing machines and only one dryer for 48 apartments for a long time. Finically a manager we had ordered 4 new washers and got fired. We have a 7th floor that is a party room and balcony the balcony has been trashed terrible. The bathtubs some I'm not sure how many but ours is terrible. ...
Someone painted them and paint chipping off. Horrible. Raised the rent 2 months ago. It was 786.00 and $30 for garage . It is now $815 and $30 making it $845 with garage. That's what we pay. The cable is so antiquated it is hard to get any excellent or fast service. The cable company doesn't even like to work on it. Big huge hole before u enter garage that is wrecking cars. The heaters in apartments are ancient. They have just replaced a few. No eclectic outlet in 2nd bathroom. None!!!!! I'm afraid there has got to be mold throughout complex with all the water and leaks.
