This is my first apartment while going to NIU. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. My roommate and I like the good space it has and nice size bedrooms. It is close to campus which is nice as well.

This property is great because the staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had a problem that didn’t do their best to help me. I wish the apartments were a little more updated, but the maintenance has been great to fix anything that I have requested.

Really enjoyed living here. I like that they don't nickle and dime you here. I only paid once for a parking pass, guest passes were free and the the things we did get charged for made sense and Jessica explained them clearly upfront. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated as a student trying to budget everything I needed to pay for. Would recommend to any 1st time renter.

I moved to dekalb for work and this place is super close, so can't beat the location. No complaints about the apartment, but I will probably look for something further away from the college now that I know the area better.

easy to meet people

Moved in a couple of weeks ago and I really like it so far. Pretty quiet compared to some of the other apartments I've lived in and the neighbors I've met have been really nice. I like that all the moving in seems to happen around the same time. It makes it easier to meet people.

I liked living here, but it would be so much easier if they had some furnished apartments. There isn't much available in DeKalb for that. Apartment was good overall and I loved when maintenance stopped by because he would always take the time to give my cats cuddles.

I would tell anyone with a freshman to go to Eco Park. I was really nervous sending my son away for the first time, but they were wonderful through the whole process. Everything was clearly explained for every step when we moved it and he had a great experience here. Couldn't ask for better.
