Decent Apartments at a Good Value
April 30, 2016I have been living at Eddins Estate for almost two years. The managers are very professional and amicable. The units are clean, spacious, and fairly free of vermin - pest control comes out monthly. When needed, maintenance has been swift and effective. The only negative is that the premises are not always in the best of care and neighbors have been noisy.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015This is the perfect complex if you want a home like feel without the responsibilities of "maintenance" costs and repairs. It is out of the business of the city but has a quick commute to the city and offers stores within a 1 to 5 mile radius. The management is excellent with handling any concerns you may have. There is a large pool to enjoy during those hot summers here in Alabama. The grounds are always very well manicured and the apartments are quite spacious with affordable rent.Review from Apartments.com
