I compared the cleanliness, the maintenance, the responsiveness of the office staff, the follow up of managers, and the overall appearance of the facility. This is probably the most clean, well organized, and well managed property that I saw in the village Wildwood area. December 29, 2025Eden Magnolia Village is wonderful! The location is close to the stores we need and the places we want to visit. We are loving the one story homes and separated walls. We love the vinyl floors for easy cleanup and the community is so clean and quiet. Maintenence is top notch...they are so fast and get the job done in minutes, and the staff is incredible...with communication and helping with any thing you need...they are so kind! July 14, 2025Eden Magnolia Village is the perfect home. It is a quiet and peaceful development close to Tampa and Orlando, but far enough away to feel small town. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Though I have never had any major issues with maintenance or the property amenities, even the smallest work order is handled with professionalism, detail, and strong work ethic. The community pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area are so well kept - it feels like I am at a resort! I love living here!Property Manager Responded
