July 14, 2025Eden Magnolia Village is the perfect home. It is a quiet and peaceful development close to Tampa and Orlando, but far enough away to feel small town. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Though I have never had any major issues with maintenance or the property amenities, even the smallest work order is handled with professionalism, detail, and strong work ethic. The community pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area are so well kept - it feels like I am at a resort! I love living here!Property Manager Responded

Another big plus for me is that all of the units are on the ground floor. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and kudos to Maintenance they have been on top of things.
