        If I could give negative stars I would. This property went downhill the moment it was acquired by a new owner and property management company. In my years of having worked in leasing and now working for one of the top real estate companies in the nation I have NEVER seen such a horrible multi-family property with such unprofessional and rude management. Did y’all know apparently the property manager can refuse to take your rent? Because that is what the property manager told me after hanging up ...
        on me twice over the phone when I complained about my fridge not working since before July! Maintenance requests are deleted, the office is always closed, no one answers the phone, management is rude and unprofessional, the trash is always overflowing, AC constantly going out. There’s appliances just sitting outside the apartment buildings, leftover couches left on the backside of the building that management doesn’t seem to be worried about right now as well. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST LIKE WE ALL DO NOW.

        I just renewed my lease and I have lived here since 2012! I love our 2 bedroom Citadel floor plan! It's very spacious. I'm what you consider a high maintenance tenant, but Kelly, her leasing and maintenance teams have been very good about my requests when I have them, and they have been very understanding to my needs. My youngest son has grown up in this community, and we are happy at Norstar, so we're staying put for awhile!

        Since we moved in, the HVAC has quit 5 times, 2 major leaks in the bathroom, doors not working properly, appliances died. Awful! And they have done nothing to fix anything!!

        Office staff are rude and are train to lie the apts have roaches , tubs don't hold water , poorly upgraded the light fixtures will fall down so wear a helmet ! They have absolutely no parking fitness center equipment all broke none of the amnesties are worth what there charging ! You pay your rent and they still treat you like a guess . Don't waste your money on this crap so many better options in Bear Creek

        My apartment complex has a luxurious feel. Somehow they make you also feel like family. Very sweet office staff. Spacious rooms that are affordable is another plus here!
