This place is about the money and not repairs. I've been here 3 to 4 months now. My hot water heater haven't been working. I sent in numerous work orders. No response, The apartment manager and assistant manager are a joke. When you apply they are all smiles and welcoming. After, you move in you'll see how unclean the apartment really is. They will not show you the unit you apply for. There roach proble and bed bugs issues. The charge for everything. When you pay your rent if you pay by debit ...
card or credit card there a charge of $52.00. The only positive thing about this property is the floor plans. My apartment have a lot of roaches. I stay with my sister most of the time. When. I move have to throw away everything. No parking spot near my building. Have to park 2 building away. If you have maintenance or management issue they will not allow you to renew your lease. If you have financial difficulties they will not work with you they will file eviction not matter what issue arises. Fair warning stay away from this place

If I could give negative stars I would. This property went downhill the moment it was acquired by a new owner and property management company. In my years of having worked in leasing and now working for one of the top real estate companies in the nation I have NEVER seen such a horrible multi-family property with such unprofessional and rude management. on me twice over the phone when I complained about my fridge not working since before July! Maintenance requests are deleted, the office is always closed, no one answers the phone, management is rude and unprofessional, the trash is always overflowing, AC constantly going out. There’s appliances just sitting outside the apartment buildings, leftover couches left on the backside of the building that management doesn’t seem to be worried about right now as well. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST LIKE WE ALL DO NOW.

The place is amazing! It just needs to be rebuilt because it's old. They do need to clean the playground because it's rusty.
I've lived here for almost 2 years and overall it's good. The people here are nice and respectful. This is a nice place if you're looking to move.

I just renewed my lease and I have lived here since 2012! I love our 2 bedroom Citadel floor plan! It's very spacious. I'm what you consider a high maintenance tenant, but Kelly, her leasing and maintenance teams have been very good about my requests when I have them, and they have been very understanding to my needs. My youngest son has grown up in this community, and we are happy at Norstar, so we're staying put for awhile!

Since we moved in, the HVAC has quit 5 times, 2 major leaks in the bathroom, doors not working properly, appliances died. Awful! And they have done nothing to fix anything!!

Office staff are rude and are train to lie the apts have roaches , tubs don't hold water , poorly upgraded the light fixtures will fall down so wear a helmet ! They have absolutely no parking fitness center equipment all broke none of the amnesties are worth what there charging ! You pay your rent and they still treat you like a guess . Don't waste your money on this crap so many better options in Bear Creek
