This place is about the money and not repairs. I've been here 3 to 4 months now. My hot water heater haven't been working. I sent in numerous work orders. No response, The apartment manager and assistant manager are a joke. When you apply they are all smiles and welcoming. After, you move in you'll see how unclean the apartment really is. They will not show you the unit you apply for. There roach proble and bed bugs issues. The charge for everything. When you pay your rent if you pay by debit ...
card or credit card there a charge of $52.00. The only positive thing about this property is the floor plans. My apartment have a lot of roaches. I stay with my sister most of the time. When. I move have to throw away everything. No parking spot near my building. Have to park 2 building away. If you have maintenance or management issue they will not allow you to renew your lease. If you have financial difficulties they will not work with you they will file eviction not matter what issue arises. Fair warning stay away from this place
