Nice size apartment
February 10, 2022I have only lived here for about 4 months. The application process was easy, the staff friendly and helpful. I have a 3/2 and it’s very spacious. Any maintenance I have needed has been addressed quickly. I have not had any bug issues.Property Manager Responded

Income caps
January 23, 2022I couldn’t find the income limit information anywhere but low and behold pay the $185 (deposit and application fee) and they send an email with the limits. Which I exceed, 32460 for one occupant. This should really be stated somewhere before people pay money.Property Manager Responded

Terrible!
April 12, 2021First thing they do not tell you is that they are income restricted. 40k a year is too little but 42k a year is too much! Next it is supposed to take 2 days to receive a reply on your application and they wasted well over a week and now I have to wait minimum a week to get my deposit back! These people have terrible customer service and lie to you until you choose to look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Dont do it
January 7, 2019These apartments are trash. Between roaches(which where called about numerous times) and delayed maintenance its not worth. Cant wait till my lease is up. My stuff will be packed and out ASAP. DONT DO IT.Property Manager Responded

Is my lease up yet?!
January 29, 2018This place is a joke! I've been waiting on a washing machine for over 2 months now, yet they are happy to charge me for it every month. Submitting service requests better not be anything serious, because it will take about 3 weeks to get anything done, and then their response might just be, "yeah, we know, but we don't know how to fix it." The grounds are dirty, there is nothing like looking out a lake and seeing garbage in it. There is very little lighting outside in the parking lot and the ...buildings are lucky if the outside lights are working.Property Manager Responded

Beware Eden Pointe Apt Bradenton, FL
August 26, 2017Do not rent here. Current resident. They dont take care of maintaince issues. Very very difficult to contact office staff when needed. They'll tow your car without notice or warning. Propery upkeep is overall poor to fair. Yes they are cheaper then other places but I promise you you'd get better bag for your buck elsewhere. Not worth the savings...You've been warned! Some office staff are pleasant face to face but once you sign lease they suddenly become hard to find. Apt quility is fair to poor ...depending on building-unit your assigned. WATER QUALITY IS EXTREMLY POOR. CONSTANT WATER LINE BREAKS.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2015This is the perfect complex to entertain. It is quiet and the staff are very helpful. Smack dab in the middle of Riverwalk of Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. There is a lard area for just relaxing by the pool. The beautiful lake in the middle makes for a peaceful time.Review from Apartments.com
Stay Away
August 16, 2015The only pro this complex has going for it, is the cheap price. The maintenance never returns calls or orders, the neighbor kids are always loud and out past the set curfew. I would have moved out immediately if I had known what my apartment would have looked like on the inside. They show you a really nice updated and staged apartment and then when you actually move into yours, they're missing cabinets and drawers and the handles in every room is different. If You're Looking for Low Prices
August 1, 2015Located right by I-75, this location is ideal if you plan on using the interstate a lot. It is mostly quiet, though occasionally you hear children running around and playing outside.
