I love my apartment and the new paint makes all the buildings look really bright. The staff is amazing and anytime something comes up, they handle it right away and are always willing to help. i've lived here for several years and the rent continues to be affordable. i'm happy to call this home and have recommended many family and friends to live here as well over the years.

I've lived here 4 years. I've never had a problem While living here . The office staff are very professional and very accommodating. If something needed to be fixed in the apartment they We're right on to it. The maintenance team are top notch.

Nice size apartment

I have only lived here for about 4 months. The application process was easy, the staff friendly and helpful. I have a 3/2 and it’s very spacious. Any maintenance I have needed has been addressed quickly. I have not had any bug issues.

I couldn’t find the income limit information anywhere but low and behold pay the $185 (deposit and application fee) and they send an email with the limits. Which I exceed, 32460 for one occupant. This should really be stated somewhere before people pay money.

First thing they do not tell you is that they are income restricted. 40k a year is too little but 42k a year is too much! Next it is supposed to take 2 days to receive a reply on your application and they wasted well over a week and now I have to wait minimum a week to get my deposit back! These people have terrible customer service and lie to you until you choose to look elsewhere.

This place is a joke! I've been waiting on a washing machine for over 2 months now, yet they are happy to charge me for it every month. Submitting service requests better not be anything serious, because it will take about 3 weeks to get anything done, and then their response might just be, "yeah, we know, but we don't know how to fix it." The grounds are dirty, there is nothing like looking out a lake and seeing garbage in it. There is very little lighting outside in the parking lot and the ...

buildings are lucky if the outside lights are working.

Do not rent here. Current resident. They dont take care of maintaince issues. Very very difficult to contact office staff when needed. They'll tow your car without notice or warning. Propery upkeep is overall poor to fair. Yes they are cheaper then other places but I promise you you'd get better bag for your buck elsewhere. Not worth the savings...You've been warned! Some office staff are pleasant face to face but once you sign lease they suddenly become hard to find. Apt quility is fair to poor ...

This is the perfect complex to entertain. It is quiet and the staff are very helpful. Smack dab in the middle of Riverwalk of Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. There is a lard area for just relaxing by the pool. The beautiful lake in the middle makes for a peaceful time.

The only pro this complex has going for it, is the cheap price. The maintenance never returns calls or orders, the neighbor kids are always loud and out past the set curfew. I would have moved out immediately if I had known what my apartment would have looked like on the inside. They show you a really nice updated and staged apartment and then when you actually move into yours, they're missing cabinets and drawers and the handles in every room is different. Also, too many roaches!!!
