Amazing
July 7, 2025I lived at Eden Ruby Lake for a year, and I absolutely loved it! This community played a big role in making me fall in love with Orlando its location is unbeatable, and everything you need is close by. The staff at the property is amazing from top to bottom. They genuinely care about the residents and the community, and it really shows in the way the place is run. A special shoutout to Genesis Blanco she was incredibly helpful both when I moved in and when I moved out. Her professionalism and ...kindness made the whole experience even better. I’ve seen some reviews mention concerns about public areas being crowded, but in my experience, it’s a first come, first-served setup and I never had any issues. Everyone I met was friendly and respectful. Eden Ruby Lake is a beautiful and peaceful place it truly feels like home. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-managed community to live in.Property Manager Responded

internet nightmare

management not helpful
September 10, 2024At first this place was so nice now...it's falling apart from trash all over to broken doors. Tour yourself and ask to see the back entrance of the buildings. they are all un attended and full of trash and cigarette buds from smokers. Everything is seen by management because some live here and they do nothing to enforce rules. Residents don't care because management doesn't care. This is a perfect example of how a beautiful apartment building goes from 5 stars to a 1. Gates are broken once a ...month. Parking is bad because of no rules for parking.They have a dog park that has a broken fence for months ... so you really can't use it because the dogs can get out if you don't have them on a leash.Property Manager Responded

No up keep safety issues
August 7, 2024So I give it one star because of the great location to everything. but issues started after I signed the lease. Big parties all the time and they take up all the space at the pool so the residents can't use it. Trash is all over the property and the gates are always broken. There is nothing special about this place. I been here less then a year and regret moving here. The number one thing that bothers me is they tell you to report the issues so they can help but nothin happens.Property Manager Responded

New apartment but looks/feels old
May 21, 2024Don't let pictures fool you....go see it for yourself. I been here for 1 year and not staying after lease is up . This apartment complex is new but does NOT look or feel like it. No upkeep at ALL. Back exit has been Locked up for years. Grass is dying all over property and frustrating when I bring a guess. Under age Party's is a major issue but management doesn't enforce rules so it's every weekend when management is gone. Small pool has been broken for over 2 months and its starting to smell ...when you walk pass it. Cops are always here for fights or family matters. Internet is not reliable at all. you will need a hot spot for a back up and that's an extra cost that you need to add to the apartment. The management doesn't tell you that. Other locations 5 mins away are way better. lacking of management interaction are not helpful. trash is all over leading to a few rats here and there.Parking is hard for guess because management doesn't enforce rules so residents park in visiter spot because of lack of parking. Health and Safety Nightmare
February 11, 2024Life at Eden Ruby Lake is comparable to living at the city dump. The property surrounds a retention pond of toxic sludge adorned with piles of dog waste and trash piles. The term "luxury," needs to be removed from all descriptions of this property. Management is incompetent and often rude whenever reports are made of violations by residents. Peace will never be experienced while residing at this property. Barking dogs, screaming kids, parties and loud music, have resulted in countless sleepless ...nights. Management is aware of the countless issues at this property but has done little to nothing to improve the quality of living here. This community should be avoided at all cost until management is replaced with experience and ability.Property Manager Responded

Security & Health Hazard, Mismanaged!
July 12, 2023This Property Can Clearly Be Called Wild Wild West Of Orlando! Complained management multiple times but seems they don't care! There are leash less dogs jumping out on people, No one curbs them, On Curbs, In Staircases, Coming Out Of Elevators. If you take one circle around the pond you can clearly see Dog Poop and flys all over them and then circling Grill Areas- Clearly Health Hazard- The retention pond stinks with Algae. You can even see multiple ladies walking two or more dogs without the ...leash. Management takes no responsibility of educating or spreading awareness to residents. Also against the legal contract you would even see restricted breeds all over- Guess last management took care of that atleast. And its NOT about animals at all! We love them, It's about management not being able to manage and respect other residents who wants to peacefully sit and enjoy common spaces.Property Manager Responded

I wish it was better
April 29, 2023The problem is that the property is not being managed correctly. Rules are broken like patios are used for storage and cars have been abandoned. Party’s all the time at midnight. Property is filthy till maintenance cleans it up and that happens once a week max. Cops have been here multiple times the last few months non stop. You can’t walk around at night because bugs are flying around the dog waste and trash. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of management at times. Management DOES NOT ...communicate with tenants at all rules change and you find out on your own. Food trucks come sometimes and that’s pretty cool but they show up and management doesn’t tell anyone. Internet is so bad I needed to get a hotspot because it’s not reliable. Do not get tricked by the perfect 5 stars because it’s not true. I wish this place was better but it’s falling apart by new management.Property Manager Responded

GREAT LOCATION BUT...
April 1, 2023Great location but property is falling apart Internet is unreliable and hard to get company on phone to fix it. Staff has changed so things are not as great. Balconies are used for storage and doesn't make the property look nice. Almost every week there is a loud party that trashes the place and maintenance takes a while to clean it up (witch is not fair) police are at property 3-4 times a month. I wish this was not the case. This property was very nice till about a year ago. My car was broken ...into and did not find out for a week because I was away for work.property knew about it and never told me This place can be better but it's not worth the rent they charge. that's why everyone is leaving.
