Property management is horrible

This place is a joke. Management loves to enforce rules—unless they’re the ones breaking them.
The property is constantly dirty, with dog poop everywhere because they refuse to enforce clean-up policies. Pool area? Outdated, uncomfortable, and half the chairs are broken. And when reported they say to bring your own chair. But hey, they’ll still throw loud pool parties with hungover high kids with breaking glass and throwing up everywhere. something that would get any tenant slapped with a $500 fine if we tried the same.
Maintenance is a nightmare. Things break constantly and you’re lucky to get an actual repair or replacement. The landlord is rude, and the management team is completely unprofessional. If you dare to speak up or ask for basic repairs, expect to be ignored or retaliated against.
Between the mess, the double standards, and the disrespect, I’d steer clear of this place. There are way better options out there.
