Welcome to Eden at Jefferson Crossing! Our community is conveniently located near the I-270 and East Broad Street exit on the east side of Columbus. Wonderful place for families and retirees
February 18, 2025I'm a long term resident of many years, and I remain extremely happy with my home here. The community is so Peaceful and Quiet! And the New owners have made it so much better. The maintenance staff are some of the hardest working young men I have ever seen and I continue to be impressed with the timelines to fix any issues, which are few and far between. And the young ladies in the office are nothing short of Professional and Kind and I truly appreciate them. Amenities always closed
June 21, 2024The pool is closed on weekends and if open at all closes at 5pm or before..with all this heat and warnings this is not acceptable…why pay for amenities if you can never use themProperty Manager Responded

Andrea is Awesome!
January 11, 2023I ultimately did not select Eden at Jefferson Crossing as my housing option, but working with Andrea was great. She is personable, kind, straight-forward, and disarming. The apartment tour felt like a walk-through with a trusted friend. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided helpful insights. During my apartment search, I have noticed the significance of having good rapport with the property management staff. As a prospective tenant, I need to know if I have an issue I will be ...heard and the issue addressed. If I did select Eden at Jefferson Crossing, Andrea would have been a significant reason why, as I trust she would have the tenant’s best interest at heart.
